Promo Mechanics
1. For every purchase worth P25 of any participating items, the customer gets a Raffle Coupon.
2. Raffle Coupon will automatically be printed at the lower portion of the receipt.
3. To join the raffle, fill up the name, address, contact number and signature and drop it at Drop Boxes located in any 7-Eleven store.
4. Prizes are as follows:

5. Draw will be held on March 13, 2012 at #1008 F. Legaspi St., Maybunga, Pasig City.
6. Deadline of dropping of entries is on March 06 at 11:59PM.
7. The draw will be witnessed by a DTI representative and will be held at #1008 F. Legaspi St., Maybunga, Pasig City.
8. A person may only win once, if a name is drawn more than once, he/she gets the prize of higher value.
9. Winners will be notified through telephone and registered mail.
10. To claim prizes, winners must present the letter of notification from Philippine Seven Corporation together with two (2) valid IDs (IDs with picture on it): Passport, Driver’s License, SSS or GSIS ID,Postal ID, Voter’s ID, NBI Clearance or Company ID.
11. Prizes may be claimed at the 7-Eleven Head Office at 7th Floor Columbia Tower, Ortigas Avenue, Mandaluyong City. The Prizes unclaimed sixty (60) days after notification will be forfeited in favor of Philippine Seven Corporation with prior approval of DTI.
12. Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.
13. Prizes are tax-free.
14. Employees of Philippine Seven Corporation, suppliers, its agencies and participating outlets including their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity are disqualified from joining this promo. All winners’ identities are subject to verification.
15. Promo runs from January 25 to March 6, 2012.
