Join Kit Kat Promo:  Break out the Love

A. How to Join:

  1. Those qualified and interested to join must search and follow the directions for joining the KIT KAT Philippines Break Out the Love” promotion (the “promotion”) through the KIT KAT Philippines “Break Out the Love” third-party application found on the Kit Kat PHILIPPINES Page on Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/kitkat.ph)
  2. Inside the KIT KAT Philippines “Break Out the Love” third party application (the “promotion app”), qualified and interested persons who would like to join the promotion (the “participant”) will be asked to allow access to his/her profile, and to read and agree to abide by the full mechanics of the promotion before he/she can be allowed to join.

B. How to Participate and How to Win:

  • Participants will be asked to create a message that must contain/meet all of the following minimum requirements:
    • The message must be posted on the participant’s Facebook Application inbox.
    • Except for a KIT KAT item, no other product or branded item must be displayed or featured on the message;
    • The message must not include words pertaining to pregnant women or child/children below seven (7) years of age;
    • The message must not include words pertaining to infant formula or breast milk substitutes, including bottle-fed complementary foods, as well as other commodities which intend to replace or substitute, in whole or in part, breast milk and breastfeeding;
    • The message must not contain words that are obscene, offensive, disparaging or discriminatory to any person or entity, whether living or already deceased.
  • NPI reserves the right to allow or disallow the publication of or remove the message from the Facebook page of KIT KAT PHILIPPINES at any time during the promotion period and its decision on the matter is final.
  • Participants will be asked to create their message through the “Break Out the Love” promotion application along with the following information:
    • Recipient of the Message
    • Three (3) planned activities with the Recipient 
  • The messages created will serve as the participant’s entry to the “Break Out the Love” promo. One (1) message will be equivalent to one (1) entry. A maximum of 25 entries will be allowed per participant. Afterwards, succeeding entries will not add to the participant’s existing number of entries.
  • Within 24 hours from receipt of the entry of the participant, MRM Worldwide, hereinafter referred to as the “Facebook administrator” shall send the participant an electronic data message (eDM) informing the participant whether he or she is qualified to join the promotion and whether his or her entry/ies meet the minimum requirements for participating in the promotion. The decision of NPI and the Facebook administrator on this matter shall be final.
  • During the duration and at any stage of the promotion, organizers of the promotion may disqualify participants who fail to qualify pursuant to the qualifications specified in these mechanics and their decision on the matter is final.
  • Deadline of submission of entries will be on February 29, 2012 Philippine time.

C. Procedure in the Determination of Winners
  • Thirty (30) winners from all the entries received will be chosen randomly via an electronic system-generated raffle.
  • All winners shall be subjected to verification. By verification, organizers of the promotion will contact each winner via the contact details they provided to verify whether he or she joined the promotion. If he or she cannot be reached within 24 hours from the first attempt to contact him or her; or he or she replies in the negative, organizers of the promotion shall move on to the next draw from the list of daily participants whose entries were last received within the promotion period. Organizers shall proceed with the verification until such time that they are able to verify and declare a winner. During the verification process, winners will also be informed on how and when to claim their prizes.


D. Prizes at Stake

30 winners of the system-generated raffle will each be getting a Kit Kat Valentine’s Gift pack, worth Php 2,000.00 each.
All prizes are non-transferable
Organizers of the promotion will assume all applicable taxes on the prizes.
