PROMO MECHANICS

1. This promo is open to all registered Cosmo.ph members.
2. To join, Cosmo.ph members must answer the question “Which dating tip or male insight found in Cosmo.ph did you find most helpful and why?”. They must post the link to the article with their answers.
3. Readers must also fill in their details (name, email and contact numbers) on the form in the promo mechanics page.
4. This promo will run from February 15 to February 28, 2012.
5. There is no purchase requirement for this promo.
6. One (1) winner will be selected on February 29, 2012 at 5:00pm, at the Summit Media Office.
   • One (1) winner will receive a trip for two (2) to Hong Kong to visit the “Fashion Visionaries” gallery in the Hong Kong Heritage Museum until March 12, 2012. The Hong Kong Tourism Board will provide the following to the winner only:
     • Roundtrip economy class air-ticket (Manila-Hong Kong , Hong Kong -Manila
     • Hotel Accommodations (3 days, 2 nights) in twin-sharing room, meals not included
     • Taxes, and other expenses must be shouldered by the winner.
7. Qualified entries are pooled, encoded and electronically raffled of in the Summit Media Office, 7/F Robinson’s Cybergate 3, Pioneer St. Mandaluyong City as witnessed by a DTI representative.
8. A person can only win once during the entire promo period.
9. Winners will be notified via email, SMS and registered mail as well. The winners will be announced on Cosmo.ph’s promo page on February 29, 2012.
10. Travel documents must be processed by the winner.
11. Winner of the trip for two has to scan their valid passport and send it to agcadavedo@teamasia.com together with their contact details, copy of email notification on or before March 8, 2012 at 12 noon. Failure to submit the said requirements during the mentioned period will result in the forfeiture of prize. The winner of the trip for two to Hong Kong only has until the same day (4:00pm) to transfer the prize and must inform The Hong Kong Tourism Board of the intended transfer. Once transferred, this will be considered final and no more changes may be done. The new winner must then submit their requirements for booking of the ticket before March 9, 2012.
12. Upon submission of requirements, the winner will receive a call and email from Summit on the details of their flight, accommodation and itinerary.
13. Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.
14. Winners below 18 years old must be accompanied by a legal guardian, or a legal guardian may claim the prize on his/her behalf.
15. If the winner is unable to claim the prize him/herself, a representative must present the necessary documents:
    • A letter of authorization duly signed by the winner, nominating the parent/legal guardian, or representative as the acknowledged recipient of the prize on the winners’ behalf.
    • 2 original IDs of the winner with picture (acceptable/valid IDs are SSS, TIN, Passport, Office or School ID with birth date)
    • 2 original IDs of the representative/legal guardian
16. Employees of The Hong Kong Tourism Board, Cosmopolitan Magazine, Cosmo.ph and Summit Media including those of their parent companies, affiliates, their third party suppliers and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity and affinity are disqualified from joining this promotion.
