Who can join?
- Contest is open to all 13 years old and above and currently residing in the Philippines.
- Employees of Mars and its agencies, and their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are not eligible to join
- For submissions to be valid, you would have to invite 5 unique friends that will like http://www.facebook.com/SnickersPhilippines within the period of October 5, 2011 (Friday) 12:01AM to Nov 5, 2011, 11:59PM. The 5 invited friends will have to like the Snickers Philippines Fan page.
- An individual can join as many times as they want, and can win more than once as long as 5 of their friends like the Snickers PH Fan Page. Friends, who have already liked the page, can’t like the page twice. There will be a Snickers FB application to support users to invite their friends to like the Snickers Fan page to track who of their friends have liked the page.
- Log-on to your Facebook account
- Visit Snickers Philippines on Facebook and become a fan by clicking the “like” button
- Users will use Snickers FB application and invite at least 5 friends to like Snickers PH
- A Snickers FB App will prompt users to select Friends who they want to invite to Like the Fan Page
- As soon as 5 friends like the Snickers Philippines fan page, they will automatically get a message.
- User who like Snickers PH fan page
Once user has performed the necessary tasks
- Click the like button on Snickers Facebook fan page
- Invited and acquired at least 5 friends who will also like the Snickers Philippines Fan page
- Contestants who have the highest like would be in the draw to win 1 x Samsung galaxy. We would select from the top 100 people who have had the highest friends who liked SnickersPhilippines FB fan page.
- Winners will be notified through their nominated email
- This will also be announced in Snickers fan page and 7-11 Fan page.
- This will be communicated to 7-11 and co-ordinated to their 7-11 area manager
- Winner of Samsung Galaxy will be notified via phone and email.
- Once they win, they will receive a voucher that will contain their legal name, it will be sent to their Facebook account / email. They will be instructed to print that voucher, and bring a valid government ID to pick up the prizes at the designated 7-11 branch that they have chosen.
- They can only claim their prize at the designated 7-11 of their choice.
- For the winner to prove that it’s identity is true and authentic, he/she will asked to provide at least 2 valid IDs (choose from list below)
- Driver’s license
- SSS ID
- Passport
- TIN ID
- Any other government ID
- Company ID
- School ID
- Redemption Period – there will be a 7 day stand period when they can claim the prizes. All winners will have 30 days duration for redemption. Last day for submission of entry is on 5th November and the last day for redemption of prizes is on 5th December.
- Prizes unclaimed after 30 days from time of notification will be forfeited.
- Samsung Galaxy Tab would be collected from OMG Head Office
- By joining the contest, each contestant hereby allows the Snickers application to access information provided by such contestant in the entry form and to make available to its users the name and entries of such contestant.
- Mars Philippines reserves the right at any time to take down any entry which infringes upon these Terms and Conditions or which in its absolute discretion it finds inappropriate for any reason.
- All users shall hold Mars Philippines free and harmless from any liability in case an entry is found to have infringed upon any a third party’s rights, including copyright, publication right, or any other intellectual property or proprietary right.
- If any of the contestants is an employee of Mars and its agencies or are relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity, the contestant is immediately disqualified to join the promo.
- Mars and its agencies reserve the right to delete or discount votes from dubious accounts or email addresses.
