Plains ad Prints is operated under Raffco International Trading Corp, headed by the husband and wife team, Erickson and Roxanne Farillas. The first Plains and Prints outlet was a mere 11 square meter space in Greenhills, Ortigas, a big gamble for both of the owners as they take their first step into the retail industry fresh from college. With Plains and Print�s core values to adhere and provide only the best fabrics, high quality products, and stylish designs, resulted to the growing clientele and patronage of the brand.
After the first outlet, the rest as they say is history. To date, 45 Plains and Prints outlets is present all over major malls in key cities and across the provincial areas. Sixteen of these are owned by franchisee which operates nationwide. 2008 is slated to be a big year as the brand continue to expand regionally to address market demands, three more branches is scheduled to open before the year ends. In terms of market share and brand preference, Plains and Prints ranks amongst the Top 5 Women�s� apparel brand.
Market share comprises mostly of young professional women ages 22 and above, fashionably hip moms, and stylish women who love to wear clothes with a statement.
With the trend of globalization, Plains and Prints is gearing towards expanding the distribution network not just within the Philippines but also throughout Asia.
