1. What is Sun Todo IDD Load to Win promo?
With this promo, subscriber will get a corresponding electronic raffle coupon for every successful reload of Sun Todo IDD Tawag.
One (1) raffle coupon = P50 Todo IDD Tawag load
Two (2) raffle coupons = P100 Todo IDD Tawag load
Six (6) raffle coupons = P300 Todo IDD Tawag load
This promo is exclusive for Sun subscribers in South Luzon only. Promo period is from November 9, 2011- February 6, 2012.

2. How can I join the raffle promo?
a. You must be a Sun cellular subscriber in South Luzon.
b. You must be a prepaid subscriber/Fixed load plan or easy line subscriber.
c. You must reload Todo IDD Tawag in South Luzon to earn a raffle entry.
Note: Electronic raffle coupon will be earned based on every successful reload and not on accumulated reload.
d. You must register to join the raffle. To register Text REGIDDFULL NAME/ADDRESS IN SOUTH
LUZON and send to 2085 for FREE. 


3. How to register to the promo?
a. First, prepaid subscriber needs to load Sun Todo IDD tawag (of at least P50) in South Luzon.
b. Then subscriber will receive pre-registration SMS notification from 2085.
c. Subscriber needs to register by texting REGIDDFULL NAME/ADDRESS IN SOUTH LUZON to 2085
for FREE. E.g REG IDD JUAN DELA CRUZ/CALAMBA LAGUNA
d. Subscriber will receive an SMS notification regarding successful registration from 2085.


4. How will I be notified for my valid raffle entry?
An SMS notification will be sent to you indicating your no of valid raffle entry/entries within 24 hours after the
transaction date.
Note: Subscriber can also check their total earned raffle entries by texting STATUS to 2085 for free.


5. What if I reload Sun Todo IDD Tawag load outside South Luzon, is it be valid?
No, subscriber should reload Todo IDD in South Luzon area for it to be valid.


6. What are the prizes for this promo?
1st prize: 1 winner of domestic travel package of up to P35,000
2nd prize: 2 winners of Samsung N150 Netbook
3rd prize: 3 winners of Nokia X2 


Note: Domestic travel package prize is valid for one (1) year upon receipt, subject to flight and hotel availability. It comes with roundtrip tickets for two (2) to any of the following destinations Boracay, Palawan, Bohol and Cebu, hotel accommodation for 3 days 2 nights and pocket money worth P5,000 cash. Any amount in excess of the specified amount will be shouldered by the winners.
7. How will I know if I won the raffle?
Via registered mail and call-out from Sun cellular customer service representative. Name of winners will also be posted in the Sun Cellular website.

8. When is the raffle draw?
The raffle draw will be held on February 9, 2012 at 27/F Galleria Corporate Center, EDSA cor Ortigas Avenue.


10. Where Can I claim the prize?
Prizes can be claimed at Sun Cellular office or its authorized distributor in South Luzon. Winners may claim their prize 60 days upon receipt of the registered mail. Otherwise, it will be forfeited in favor of DMPI with prior approval from DTI.


Note: Winners should be able to present any two (2) of the following SSS, Company/School ID, Drivers License, Voters ID or Passport and registered mail or a proof of address in South Luzon.


11. How many times can I win the raffle?
A subscriber can only win once, if a name and number wins more than once, the subscriber gets the higher prize value.


12. Who are disqualified from joining the promo?
Employees of Digitel Mobile Philippines Inc./ Sun Cellular and its affiliates including their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
