Sony Ericsson Xperia New Year Promo
Win a Sony Ericsson Xperia Smart Phone of your choice and move up to a MORE ENTERTAINING and SMARTER New Year.
Promo Mechanics:
1. The contest is open to any fan of Sony Ericsson PH, the official page of Sony Ericsson Philippines on Facebook, who must be at least 15 years old and a resident of the Philippines during the raffle promo period.
2. Contest period is from December 1, 2011 until January 31, 2012.
3. To enter the raffle contest, fans will need to enter the Sony Ericsson New Year, New Phone raffle contest application.
4. On the application, users will need to enter the following data:
a. Name
b. Birthdate
c. Valid Email Address
d. Contact Number
5. Users will need to tick off and answer the following questions:
a. Which Xperia handset do you want to have this New Year?
i. Xperia Mini
ii. Xperia Ray
iii. Xperia arc S
iv. Xperia neo V
v. Xperia active
b. Why?
i. Your answer
6. All entries shall be electronically collected by the Sony Ericsson PH administrator and serve as valid answers.
7. All raffle entries must be in by 12 midnight of January 31, 2012. One winner will be drawn for each handset. Raffle draws will be held on February 1, 2012 in the presence of a DTI representative at the Sony Ericsson office, 22/F Net Square Building, Taguig, Metro Manila.
8. A person can win the raffle only once. If the fan possesses multiple Facebook and email accounts, he or she will win only in the first instance of being drawn.
9. The winner will be notified via Facebook messaging, email and voice call. Each of the winner is required to claim their prize within 60 days of receipt of notification. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of the prize in favor of the sponsor upon approval of DTI.
10. Winners should present two valid IDs and emailed notification from contest administrator to claim the prize at the Sony Ericsson office, 22/F Net Square Building, Taguig, Metro Manila. For provincial winners, Sony Ericsson will shoulder all expenses and taxes for the shipment of the prizes.
11. Prizes are not convertible to cash.
12. Sony Ericsson will shoulder taxes for prizes.
13. All Sony Ericsson employees, authorized distributors and dealers, their advertising and promotions agencies, and their immediate families, up to the first degree of consanguinity, are prohibited from the competition.
