- For a minimum purchase of meals and drinks worth Php200 single receipt from any participating SM Food stall , a customer is entitled to the following raffle coupon:

2. Receipts must be dated within the promo period only and Global Pinoy Card should be valid from the date of the promo period;
3. Present the receipt at the redemption area and fill-out the form with complete information (complete name, address, telephone number, email address and the Global Pinoy card number should it be applicable). For additional raffle coupons, a customer should present the Php200 meal receipt together with a single receipt of Ecobag purchase and valid Global Pinoy Card.
4. A customer drops his/her entry at the designated Chevy Drop Box located at the Beer Station at the Foodcourt Area;
5. The raffle entry with incomplete details and information will be disqualified;
6. Cut-off of submission of entries will be on the following dates:
1st Draw
- December 20 ,2011 after mall hours (for provincial malls)
- December 23, 2011 after mall hours (for NCR branches)
2nd Draw
- January 20,2012 after mall hours (for provincial malls)
- January 23, 2012 after mall hours (for NCR branches)
7. Raffle Draw Dates will be on the following dates:
- December 26,2011 at SM City Southmall;
- January 31,2011 at SM City North Edsa;
8. All entries received after the cut-off will be included in the succeeding draws;
9. Non-winning entries per draw will no longer be included in the succeeding draws;
10. There will be three (3) lucky winners per draw or a total of six (6) lucky winners for the whole duration of the promo;
11. Winners will be notified via email, registered mail and /or via mobile phone or landline;
12. Winners will also be sent a reconfirmation letter from SM Foodcourt to remind them to claim their prize, 30 days after the raffle draw.
13. The 20% tax exceeding from prizes worth Php10,000 including the transfer expenses, shipment charges and unit registration shall be shouldered by the winner;
14. The winners may only redeem their prize within sixty days (60) after notification otherwise, prizes shall be forfeited in favor SM Foodcourt and SCMC ;
15. A customer can only win once. Should his name be drawn on succeeding draws, he/she will be replaced by another entry until we get a winning entry.
16. A DTI representative will be present during the raffle draws and the promo organizers decision is final and with concurrence of DTI.
17. For validation purposes, a winner will be asked to provide all of the following upon claiming of the prize:
a.) any two (2) valid government identification cards;
b.) registered mail sent by SM Foodcourt Mangement and/or;
c.) the winning coupon;
18. In case of lost winning raffle stub, winner must present all of the following:
a.) Notarized Affidavit of Loss;
b.) Registered mail from SM Foodcourt;
c.) Two (2) Valid ID’s
19. In case of lost registered mail, winner must present all of the following:
d.) Notarized Affidavit of Loss;
e.) The winning coupon;
f.) Two (2) Valid ID’s
20. Should a representative claim the prize, he/she should present the following:
a.) Notarized Authorization Letter;
b.) Registered Mail from SM Foodcourt;
c.) Two (2) valid ID’s of winners;
d.) Two (2) valid ID’s of authorized representative
21. List of winners will be posted in all participating branches of SM Foodcourt;
22. Color of car may vary from what is shown in the collateral material of SM Foodcourt.
23. All prizes are not convertible to cash;
24. Promo is valid for both dine-in and take-out orders limited to food stalls only.
25. The promo is not valid with any other on-going promo.
26. Promo runs from November 24,2011 - January 31, 2012 only.
27. Employees of SM Food Court, SCMC, its advertising agencies, food court tenants, suppliers and contractors and their relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity and affinity are disqualified from joining the raffle promotion.
