Lenovo Fashion Photo Contest Mechanics
Qualification of Participants
1. The contest is open to all Philippine residents, at least 18 years of age.
2. Participant must be a fan of Lenovo Philippines Facebook Fan page.
Disqualification of Participants
1. Employees of Lenovo Philippines or their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity.
2. Employees of Microsoft Philippines or their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity.
3. Employees of Intel Philippines or their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity.
4. Employees of ArdentComm, Lenovo’s PR Agency and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity.
How to Join
1. Participant should have a Facebook account.
2. Participant should log in to his or her Facebook account then visit Lenovo Philippines homepage at http://facebook.com/lenovophilippines.
3. Participant should click on the “Like” button found at the homepage of the LENOVO PHILIPPINES Facebook Fan page.
4. Once you’ve become a fan of Lenovo Philippines, you must fill out the online registration form with your complete details: Name, Birthdate, Address, Mobile No., Landline No., and Email Address at the registration page located at the U-series contest tab.
5. Upload your best fashion forward look in the page (jpeg, gif & png file formats only and not exceeding 200KB) and answer this question in 2-3 sentences only “How does Lenovo IdeaPad U-series fit your fashion personality?” (more than 3 sentences will make your entry invalid)
Contest Duration
1. Contest will run for a month, from December 1 to December 31.
2. Entries will be accepted until 11:59pm of December 31, 2011 only.
How to Win
1. All qualified contestants who completed the steps are automatically eligible to win. Only one entry per participant is valid.
2. Winner will be determined through judging.
Criteria for judging:
Overall ensemble – 50%
Q & A – 30%
Popularity – 20%
*Overall ensemble: the overall outfit is age appropriate and versatile look (can be worn in a number of ways: for office/school to night outs with friends)
*Q & A: answer of the participant is relevant to the question.
* Popularity: photo with the most number of likes
3. Winner will be determined on January 13, 2011, at 4PM in the presence of a DTI representative at Lenovo office, 15A 15th flr. Citibank Tower, Paseo de Roxas Makati.
Announcement of Winner
1. Winner will be announced on January 20, a week after the contest ends.
2. Winner will be notified via email, phone call and registered mail based on the customer’s contact details indicated on his/her submitted registration form.
3. Prize must be claimed within sixty (60) calendar days from receipt of official notification from Lenovo Philippines; otherwise the prize shall be forfeited and retained by Lenovo Philippines with prior approval from DTI.
4. Prize is neither convertible to cash nor transferrable.

Redemption of Prize
1. The lucky winner should claim the prize at Lenovo Philippines office located at 15F Citibank Tower, Paseo de Roxas, Makati City.
2. He/she is required to present two valid government IDs and the notification letter from Lenovo’s agency, ArdentComm, upon claiming the prize.
3. The prize can be claimed any day from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm.
4. If winner is from the province, ArdentComm will send the prize via courier. He/she has to submit to ArdentComm via fax or email copy of 2 valid government IDs and the notification letter given to him/her by Ardent.
