Mechanics
Purchase any of the David & Goliath tees covered by the promotion.
For every purchase of a tee covered by the promotion, a customer is entitled to one (1) raffle coupon.
The customer shall fill up the raffle coupon with his Name, Address, Telephone or Mobile Number, and affix his signature.
Once the consumer is done, he will drop the raffle coupon in a sealed box located at the branch.
More than one purchase is allowed.
All raffle coupons must be submitted within the promo period, which is from October 28 to November 14, 2011 before closing time for any of the branches (10pm at Bonifacio High Street, 9pm at Trinoma and Greenbelt 5).
All raffle coupons submitted after the voting period will not be valid.
Prizes
- At the end of the promo period, fifteen (15) customers will be picked randomly.
- The draw will happen on November 15, 2pm to 3pm at 2293 Chino Roces Avenue Extension, Makati City.
- Each of the winners will receive the following:
- Two (2) Breaking Dawn movie tickets valid on November 18, 8:30pm at Cinema 5, TriNoma Mall
- Two (2) sets of movie snacks (hotdog, popcorn and drinks)
- Two (2) premium gift packs from David & Goliath containing lanyards, stickers and lunch bags
- Two (2) 50% discount vouchers valid until December 31, 2011
- The winners will be announced on the brand's Facebook page on November 16.
- The winners will be notified via phone and e-mail.
- Redemption of Prizes and Forfeiture
- Winner shall have at least sixty (60) days from the date of the publication or announcement or receipt of registered mail, whichever comes last, within which to claim their prizes (gift packs and discount vouchers).
- All unclaimed prizes shall be forfeited in favor of Terry SA Inc. with prior DTI approval.
- All prizes are transferable and non-convertible to cash.
- A customer can only win once.
How to Claim Prizes
Winners must present the following documents when claiming their prize:
Two (2) valid photo IDs (e.g. Passport, Driver's License, SSS ID, Voter's ID, Company ID, Student ID, etc)
Copies of the SMS and/or email notification sent
Claim stub
Disqualifications and Exclusions
All employees of Terry SA Inc. and its sub-distributors and retailers, and other promo partners/third party suppliers, including their relatives up to the third degree of consanguinity or affinity, are automatically disqualified from joining this contest. Persons reporting regularly to Terry SA Inc. and its sub-distributors and retailers, under a contract or service and who, by the nature of the service they render may have a direct and personal knowledge of the promotion shall also be disqualified.
The prizes are tax-free, non-convertible to cash and transferable.
The promotional offer cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing David & Goliath promo or Terry SA promos or discounts unless otherwise specified.
All matters and disputes relating to the Promo shall be subject to the final decision of David & Goliath, with the approval of DTI.
