Win a Trip for 2 to Hong Kong!
1. The promo is from October 14 to 16 and 21 to 23, 2011.
2. The promo is open to all Alabang Town Center shoppers.
3. A shopper is entitled to one (1) raffle promo coupon for every P500 worth of single / accumulated receipt/ s from shops in Alabang Town Center (Food or Non-food, excluding Telecom Lane). Only receipts issued from October 14 to 16 and 21 to 23, 2011 are eligible. Defaced, crumpled, tampered or receipts that are less than ¾ its actual size will not be honored. The raffle coupon must be redeemed at the Alabang Town Center Concierge.
4. The shopper must affix his/her signature and completely fill-up the following details on the raffle coupon: complete name, address, contact number/s (office phone number, house phone number or mobile phone number), and age. The raffle coupon must be dropped in drop boxes located at the Alabang Town Center Concierge.
Prize
One (1) winner of a trip for two (2) to Hong Kong, inclusive of:
a) Two (2) round trip tickets to Hong Kong via Economy class aboard Cebu Pacific.
b) A 3D / 2N accommodation at Harbour Plaza, with daily breakfast.
5. The prizes are subject to the following conditions:
a. All prizes are tax free.
b. All prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.
c. Shopper shall coordinate directly with Tripmart Travel Agency regarding their travel booking. Reservations must be made one (1) month before the departure.
d. Tripmart Travel Agency will issue the winner with two (2) round trip airline tickets from Manila, Philippines to Hong Kong via Cebu Pacific or equivalent airline. The ticket is valid for one (1) year from date of awarding except during peak seasons (Holidays – December 16 to January 10, Holy Week – March 16 to May 31).
e. The hotel will be booked by Tripmart Travel Agency upon confirmation of the travel dates of the winner.
f. Travel taxes and other travel-related expenses shall be for the account of the winner. Travel documents, including passport, must be secured by the winner for his/her account.
g. Prizes not claimed after sixty (60) days from date of notification will be forfeited in favor of Alabang Commercial Corporation with prior approval of DTI.
6. Maximum of 10 Raffle Coupons shall be given to shoppers with P5,001 and above worth of receipts.
7. Last day of submission of entries is on the closing hours of the mall on October 23, 2011.
8. Promo winners will be drawn on October 24, 2011 (Monday), 3:00 pm at 3rd Floor, Administration Office Alabang Town Center under the supervision of a DTI representative.
9. Winners will be notified by telephone call and registered mail. The winners’ names will also be posted at the Alabang Town Center Concierge.
10. To claim the prizes, winners must present the notice sent by registered mail, the raffle card claim stub, and any valid Government-issued identification card with (Company ID, Driver’s License) photo and signature at the 3rd Floor Administration Office at Alabang Town Center.
11. Winners agree to the disclosure and publication of their names and other particulars as Alabang Town Center may deem appropriate and to participate in any photo, publicity or other media arrangements made by Alabang Town Center to announce the winners to the general public.
12. Employees of Alabang Commercial Corporation, their merchants, maintenance and security agencies, and advertising and promotional agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity, are disqualified from joining the promo.
