Contest Date: October 30, 2011
Mechanics:
1. Children aged 5 to 10 years old may join the Halloween Costume Contest.
2. Costume must be based on the theme, “HOLLYWOOD BOOO-LEVARD” which includes your favorite movie superheroes and villains, monsters, wizards and other iconic movie characters.
3. There are three (3) ways to join:
- A minimum purchase of P1, 000.00 single or accumulated receipt/s (maximum of 2 receipts) from any Festival Supermall tenant from October 1 to 28, 2011 entitles one (1) child to one (1) application form. Application forms may be claimed at the 2/L Customer Service Counter.
- A purchase of P400.00 worth of Tom’s World tokens at Tom’s World tokens booth from October 1 to 28, 2011 entitles one (1) child to one (1) application form. Application forms may be claimed at the 2/L Customer Service Counter.
- A purchase of P300.00 worth of ride tickets at any Amusement Center ticket booth (Pixie Forest, X-Site, Train Station or Grand Carousel) from October 1 to 28, 2011 entitles one (1) child to one (1) application form. Coupon will issued upon purchase of required amount of ride tickets and should be presented upon claiming of the application form. Application forms may be claimed at the 2/L Customer Service Counter.
4. Fill-up the form and submit together with the photocopy of the child’s birth certificate or school ID at the 2nd level Customer Service Counter.
5. Deadline of submission of application form will be on October 28, 2011 at 9:00PM at the Customer Service Counter only. Submission beyond the set deadline will not be entertained.
6. All participants who have submitted their application forms and birth certificates must register on October 30, 2011 from 10:00AM to 12:00NN at the 2nd level Carousel Court. Assembly time will be at 1:00PM of the said date and venue. Determination of winners will be on Oct 30 2011.
7. Only registered participants are allowed to join the said contest.
8. Judges will pick the top 7 to represent 3 winners (First, Second & Third Place) and 4 Consolation Prizes. Decision of judges is final in concurrence with the DTI. Prizes will be give the same day or until 60 days from end of promo period.
9. There will also be a Special Prize called “Pixie’s Pick”, wherein Pixie the fairy will pick one (1) winner of her choice.
10. Criteria for judging:
- Relevance to the theme 40%
- Creativity 30%
- Stage Presence & Projection 20%
- Audience Impact 10%

1st Place : P 10, 000.00
2nd Place : P 5, 000.00
3rd Place : P 3, 000.00
4 Consolation Prizes: Gift packs or gift certificates worth PHP1, 000.00 each
“PIXIE’S PICK”: 1 Birthday Party Package at Pixie Forest for 20 kids. (Food not included)
