Fitness First Referral Promo

Promo Period: Up to October 31, 2011

TO GET YOUR REFERRAL ITEM :

1. Fill up referral sheet with list of referrals and valid contact number. (Referral sheets are available at Front of House or from any of our Membership Consultants).
2. Submit referral sheet to a Membership Consultant for processing.
3. When your referral fills up the Membership Application Form, he/she must indicate YOUR name in the blank provided under the portion ”How did you hear about Fitness First?”
4. Once membership has been processed and your referral becomes a member, you will automatically be tagged in the database as qualified to receive the referral item.
5. You will be notified by the Front-of-House team upon entering the club premises if you are qualified to receive the referral item for the month, which will be released by the first week of the succeeding month.
6. Posters will also be put up at the notice boards announcing the names of the members who h ave qualified to receive this month’s referral item.
7. Once available, claim your referral item at reception and sign the referral log sheet upon release.

REMINDERS :

1. Only referrers indicated by the new member in the Membership Application Form are qualified to receive the referral item.
2. Sign the referral log sheet only AFTER receiving the referral item.
3. All referral items will only be released a month AFTER the promo period.
