Promo Date: June 15 to September 15, 2011
PROMO MECHANICS:
1. The promo is open to all residential Tattoo @Home (includes Tattoo WiMax, Tattoo DSL, and Tattoo Torque), Tattoo Mobile Broadband Postpaid, and Globe Landline Postpaid subscribers whose accounts are active, current, in good credit standing, and not enrolled in Paperless Billing prior to the start of the promo.
2. Promo period is from June 15 to September 15, 2011, nationwide.
3. To join, subscriber must enroll his/her Tattoo @Home, Tattoo Mobile Broadband Postpaid, and/or Globe Landline account in the Paperless Billing facility within the promo period to earn one (1) raffle entry.
4. Maximum of one (1) raffle entry per account.
5. Raffle numbers will be electronically generated.
6. The raffle draw will be held on September 20, 2011, Tuesday, 4:00 pm at the Consumer Broadband Group offices at 3/F Globe Telecom Plaza Tower 2, Pioneer cor. Madison Sts., 1552 Mandaluyong City, to be witnessed by a DTI representative.
7. Last day to earn raffle entries is on September 15, 2011 at 11:59 pm.
8. Directors, management, and employees including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity of Globe Telecom, or any of the agencies and companies associated with this promotion are not entitled to participate in this promotion.
9. In case of dispute, Globe Telecom's decision in concurrence with DTI regarding this promo will be deemed final and non-negotiable.
10. Globe Telecom will inform the final winners through registered mail, cell phone call, and text.
Text message will read:
" Congratulations, your raffle entry won during the Go Green Promo. Please claim your prize at the Globe Office, 3/F Pioneer cor. Madison Sts., Mandaluyong City. Show your original notification letter from Globe Telecom with your Valid ID when claiming your prize. Per DTI-NCR Permit No. 4515, Series of 2011."
11. Winning subscribers should claim their prize within sixty (60) days from receipt of notification letter, official call, or text whichever comes last.
12. Winning subscribers must present the following upon claiming the prize at the Globe Office from 10 am to 7 pm, Monday to Friday.
• Valid ID (i.e. Driver's license, Passport, SSS ID, TIN ID, Company or School ID). The name on the Valid ID must correspond to the registered name in the promo.
• Registered Notice, Official notification text from Globe Tattoo
• Authorized representatives shall be allowed to claim in behalf of the winning subscriber provided that they are able to present the following:
o Copy of the registered subscriber's valid ID
o Authorized representative's valid ID
o Official notification letter sent via registered mail from Globe Telecom, official text from Globe, Globe Tattoo SIM
o Authorization letter from the winner
13. For provincial winners, Globe telecom will notify the winning subscribers via phone call and registered mail of the nearest Globe Office where the prize can be claimed.
14. A participant can win only once. Prizes are transferrable, non-convertible to cash, and Globe Telecom shall pay for the 20% tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.00.
15. Globe Telecom shall have the right to announce/publish/broadcast the names of the winners under this Promotion without need to give additional compensation to the winners.
Prizes at stake are:
• Five (5) winners will be drawn to each win a 16GB iPad 2 with WiFi connectivity.
Promo period is from June 15 to September 15, 2011 per DTI-NCR Permit No. 4515, Series of 2011.
