SM Ice Skating Promo: Win Vespa Motorcycle
Promo Mechanics:
1. The promo is open to males and females.
2. Every purchase of three (3) Unlimited Ice Time tickets entitles the customer to one (1) raffle coupon and gets the chance to win one (1) Vespa LX150 Motorcycle.
3. Fill out your complete name, address, contact number and affixed signature on the space provided.
4. Drop your raffle entry in the drop box located at SM Ice Skating cashiers.
5. Deadline for submission of entries is on March 31, 2012 at 9PM. Raffle draw will be on April 3, 2012 at 4PM at the SM Mall of Asia Ice Skating Rink Office.
6. There will be one (1) winner. The winner will be notified via registered mail (with certificate of win enclosed) and a phone call.
7. Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.
8. 20% tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.00 will be shouldered by the sponsor.
9. Period of redemption is within 60 days from receipt of registered mail (with the certificate of win enclosed); otherwise prize will be forfeited in favor of the sponsor prior DTI approval.
10. Claiming of prize: Upon advise of SM Ice Skating, winners will go to the Vespa office at Blk 15, FGC Bldg., Rizal Drive, Crescent Park West, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, 1634 and should bring two (2) valid IDs, the registered mail, certificate of win and the winning raffle stub.
11. Registration fees and other document processing fees that may arise will be at the expense of the winner.
12. Employess of Family Entertainment Center, Inc. and its event organizers, agencies, promo suppliers and their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
