How to Join
Participants must create on their own a completely original music video using any of the 22 pre-selected Original Filipino Music (OPM music defined as music which composer and performing artist are both Filipino)] songs.
2. The participant may sing, dance, or perform accompaniment to their chosen song as well as develop their films using any execution of the film arts (e.g. flash animation, live action, stop-motion filming, etc.). Photo sequences or photo slide shows are not allowed.
3. Participants may use the original licensed minus one of the pre-selected songs, create their own minus-one or use musical instruments or acapella. Original versions of the song with original vocals are not allowed.
4. The OPM song cannot be translated, abridged, re-arranged, transformed, or altered in any way. Doing so is immediate grounds for disqualification.
5. Submitted music video should show the actual singers/vocalists performing in the video. Lip syncing is not allowed.

7. To submit their entries, participants must then go to the website: www.facebook.com/intelphilippines and do the following:
a. Participants must click on the Sing to Win tab which can be found within the website. (You must like the page first before you can access the tab).
b. After clicking the Sing to Win tab, participants should be able to:
i. Read and accept the terms and conditions of this competition,
ii. Access and fill up the registration form, comprised of the following fields:
1. File to be uploaded
2. Name
3. Email address
4. Home address (optional field)
5. Song to be used
6. Birth date
7. Mobile number
8. What laptop would you like to win? (selections: Acer, Lenovo, Neo, Samsung, Asus)
iii. Submit their entry
8. Each music video must not exceed six (6) minutes.
9. Participants videos must be converted into electronic form to be able to be uploaded to the Intel Philippines Facebook Fanpage, and must be playable by Intel after the upload.
10. Entries that follow all requirements and do not contravene any of the above stipulations will be uploaded to the Gallery of the Pinoy Sing to Win Facebook tab on www.facebook.com/intelphilippines.
11. By entering the Contest and entering the information/contact details required, the participant agrees that Intel may use the information/contact details that she/he provides for purposes of administering the Contest and to contact the prize winner.
12. Proof of online submission shall not constitute proof of receipt by Intel.
13. The last day for the submission of entries is January 31, 2012.
14. Participants can submit as many original entries as they like, but they can only win once.

Contest Specifics
1. The contest is organized by Intel Microelectronics Philippines, Inc and/or its affiliates ("Intel").
2. This Contest is for participants to show off their talent and creativity through self-made music videos, for a chance to win notebook computers powered by 2nd Generation Intel® Core™ processors.
3. Contest period will be on August 8 to January 31, 2012, per DTI-NCR Permit No. 5881 Series of 2011.
4. Contest coverage is nationwide.
5. This competition is open to all interested participants ages 18 and older and a resident of the Philippines.
6. The following are not eligible to participate in the Contest:
o Employees of Intel and their immediate family members, up the second level of consagnuity or affinity
o Employees of any party which is directly involved in organizing, promoting or conducting the Contest, up the second level of consagnuity or affinity
o Employees of external auditors who are directly involved in the Contest.
o The contest judges and all employees of Intel, Netbooster Asia, Yellowasp, and other promo partners/third party suppliers, including their relatives up to the third degree of consanguinity or affinity.
7. The contest shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. The Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law, and is subject to all applicable laws.
