We are inviting everyone to join the Pyromusical Photo Contest

CONTEST MECHANICS
1. The contest is open to all photographers residing in the Philippines.
2. The contest theme is, “Capture that Spark.” We want people to take photos that capture moments that happen during the Pyro event (E.g. Amazed kids, sweet couple, crowd that is enjoying). Capturing the actual fireworks in the background is not necessary, but is a bonus.
3. The photo entries should be taken from the Pyro Musical Competition, which will be held every Saturday from February 11 to March 17, 2012 at the SM Mall of Asia.
4. Participants may use any type of camera.
5. Entries must be submitted via email to pyrophotocontest@gmail.com with the following specifications:
a. JPEG format
b. File size must be less than 1MB and at least 1024 pixels in its longest side. Our servers will not accept entries larger than 1MB and will be automatically disqualified.
c. Filename format: LastName_FirstName_EntryTitle.jpg
d. Include your entry title, full name, age, address, telephone number, and mobile number.
Note: Finalists will be asked to submit high resolution copies (at least 6 megapixels) of their entries.
6. Digital enhancements will only be limited to the following:
a. Cropping
b. Rotating
c. White Balance
d. Brightness and Contrast
e. Saturation
f. Sharpening
Note: Entries that have been digitally manipulated outside of these parameters will be disqualified.

b. Pre-screened entries will be shown to the panel of judges through a digital projector.
c. The entries will pass through an initial judging through yes or no votes from judges. If an entry gets majority yes votes, it will move on to the next round. The process will be repeated until only 50 photos or less are left.
d. The finalists will go through 3 rounds of projection. Round 1, the photos will be shown for 5 seconds. Round 2, photos will be shown until all judges have placed their scores. Round 3, only specific photos will be shown depending on the need of the judges.
e. Scoring will be divided into 2 halves: 5 points for relevance to theme and another 5 for photo composition. Judges can use up to 2 decimal places for their scores. Highest total score wins.
16. SM Mall of Asia reserves the right to use all photos submitted for the contest in both online and offline collaterals. However, due credit will be given to the photographer.
17. SM Mall of Asia will not be held liable for any discrepancies that may arise among participants.

Inside the KIT KAT Philippines “Break Out the Love” third party application (the “promotion app”), qualified and interested persons who would like to join the promotion (the “participant”) will be asked to allow access to his/her profile, and to read and agree to abide by the full mechanics of the promotion before he/she can be allowed to join.

B. How to Participate and How to Win:

Participants will be asked to create a message that must contain/meet all of the following minimum requirements:

The message must be posted on the participant’s Facebook Application inbox.
Except for a KIT KAT item, no other product or branded item must be displayed or featured on the message;
The message must not include words pertaining to pregnant women or child/children below seven (7) years of age;

Within 24 hours from receipt of the entry of the participant, MRM Worldwide, hereinafter referred to as the “Facebook administrator” shall send the participant an electronic data message (eDM) informing the participant whether he or she is qualified to join the promotion and whether his or her entry/ies meet the minimum requirements for participating in the promotion. The decision of NPI and the Facebook administrator on this matter shall be final.

Thirty (30) winners from all the entries received will be chosen randomly via an electronic system-generated raffle.
All winners shall be subjected to verification. By verification, organizers of the promotion will contact each winner via the contact details they provided to verify whether he or she joined the promotion. If he or she cannot be reached within 24 hours from the first attempt to contact him or her; or he or she replies in the negative, organizers of the promotion shall move on to the next draw from the list of daily participants whose entries were last received within the promotion period. Organizers shall proceed with the verification until such time that they are able to verify and declare a winner. During the verification process, winners will also be informed on how and when to claim their prizes.

Contestants must first register in www.centurytuna.ph
Audition videos may either be in English, Filipino or Taglish.
Video must be 2 minutes only, HI-RES quality, not exceeding 10MB and recorded in any of the following formats: mpeg, AVI, 3gp, WMV, mp4, MOV and FLV.
Participants must include Century Tuna cans in the video.
Participants must answer the question, “What makes you a Century Tuna Superbod?
Participants must be in their swimwear.
Each contestant can only submit one (1) video.

Participants must completely fill-up the online application form.
The contest is open to all males and females, of Filipino lineage, ages 18-35 years old. Participants must reside in the Philippines until April 2013.
Submission of entries is from February 15 – March 3, 2012. Cut-off for video submission is on March 3, 2012, 11:59 PM.
Only the videos of shortlisted participants will be posted on the website, for public viewing.
Senders of the video will be notified via email if they have been shortlisted or if they did not make it for the final screening.

Go-see/Final Casting

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a whole-day go-see for an interview and final casting on March 5 or 6, 2012.

Mechanics:
1. Open to all amateur photographers.
2. Theme: "Ikaw na, Davao!" highlights the best things, food places and people of Davao City.
3. Photographs must be original and taken with a Digital SLR or point-and-shoot digital cameras. Photographs from mobile phones are not allowed.
4. Entries must be in 8x10 prints (either horizontal or vertical in orientation).
5. Digital manipulation is limited to color enhancement, levels, brightness and contrast adjustments only to optimize a photo. No layering is allowed.
6. Maximum of three (3) entries per participant.

MECHANICS

1. To get two (2) entry passes, present any of the following:

A minimum of P1,000 single purchase receipt from any TriNoma outlet excluding Landmark Supermarket and Department store from February 6-17, 2012.
A minimum of P500 single purchase receipt from any of the following TriNoma merchants purchased on February 6-17, 2012.

Fastfood – Bigoli, Brothers Burger, Burger King, Chowking, Goldilocks, Jollibee, Kenny Rogers, KFC, Mang Inasal, McDonald’s, Red Ribbon, Sbarro, Taco Bell, Tokyo Tokyo, Yellow Cab

2. Present/exchange your receipt at the Level 1 Concierge (near Activity Center) from 10am to 9pm only. Entry passes may be claimed from February 6-17, 2012. A maximum of 4 entry passes may be redeemed by every customer.

3. Only 2,000 entry passes are available on a first-come, first-served basis for the Silver Section of the event. The Silver Section is a standing area only.

4. TriNoma reserves the right to validate receipts. Receipts that are defaced, crumpled, tampered, photocopied and smaller than the actual size will not be honored.

5. Live 5 at TriNoma will be held on February 18, 2012, 5pm at the Mindanao Open Parking.

6. Gates will be opened 1 hour before the show.

For AYALA MALLS A CARD and VIPINOY CARDHOLDERS

500 seats at the gold section are available for Ayala Malls A Card holders and VIPinoy cardholders with seating priority on a first-come, first served basis.
The first two hundred fifty (250) Ayala Malls A Card holders and VIPinoy cardholders to reserve seats by calling the TriNoma A Card hotline at 901-3000 or 901-3690 are entitled to two (2) tickets. Seat reservations will only be accepted beginning on February 6 at 10:00 A.M.
When reserving seats, Ayala Malls A Card holder and VIPinoy cardholder will be required to give his/her A Card number or VIPinoy card number for identification and a mobile number where a text message will be sent regarding the confirmation and details of the seat reservation.
Present the Ayala Malls A Card or VIPinoy card and confirmation text at the A Card Concierge located at the Activity Center, on February 11 to get your stubs. The presentation of Ayala Malls A Cards or VIPinoy cards and confirmation text would be strictly implemented.
Reserved seats will be forfeited 15 minutes before the show starts and the gates will then be opened to the public.
